If we are unable to gain access, you will be charged half of the regular fee for a cleaning. If possible, we will reschedule and return to clean on a subsequent day. However, due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to send out your regular housekeeper when this happens.

Though we at one time kept keys for customers, we no longer offer this option. Instead, we ask that customers give us the combination for an electronically locked garage door, door knob, or lockbox.

Our Deluxe cleaning option is what we call a top-to-bottom clean. This intense, deep clean is something we generally offer for first-time customers, and then once a year to recurring customers. Deluxe service can be highly customized based on each individual client’s needs and desires. Generally, Deluxe cleaning means hitting every part of the house, including those that aren’t regular parts of the General cleaning option.

Changing days isn’t a problem! We simply ask for at least 24 hours of prior notice before a change.

We request three tools from customers: a cobweb brush, a carpet-friendly vacuum, and a toilet bowl brush. Using customer-provided tools like this helps us ensure that there will not be germs brought into your home from other houses where we have worked.

In many cases, it is not necessary for the customer to be on site during cleanings. That said, it’s not a problem if you are home either. We don’t mind either way!

We love animals, and we want to make sure that your pets are happy and content during our cleanings. Generally, cats don’t get in the way too much and even dogs often get along very well with our employees. Unfortunately, many pets get upset at vacuums and other cleaning devices. As such, we currently suggest that all pets be placed in a kennel or moved to a different location during the time when we are cleaning.
