We can work with you to find a suitable date and time for the cleaning service.

If our employees arrive at your home and are unable to get in, we will assess a 50 percent fee of the total quote. From there, we will attempt to come back on a subsequent day. That being said, we won’t be able to guarantee that the same cleaner comes on a different day.

Libman Home Cleaning doesn’t allow employees to hold keys. Because of this, you will need to provide a garage door combination, smart access, or a lockbox for entry while not home.

We offer two primary cleaning services. The first is the Top to Bottom Deluxe cleaning service. This is a cleaning service that the majority of first-time clients get. It’s the more thorough cleaning of the two. Generally, our repeat clients don’t need this kind of deep cleaning service more than the first time. Whereas, the general and maintenance service is more for our repeat clients that already got the detailed service previously.

You certainly don’t have to. However, it would be greatly appreciated by our employees if you feel they deserve it.

We want all of our clients to get the best possible house cleaning service. Because of this, we recommend you provide a few basic cleaning supplies. Some of the most important supplies we recommend providing our professional cleaners are a vacuum, a cobweb brush, and a toilet brush for every bathroom in your home. That way, we don’t have to cross-contaminate rooms or even homes.

You certainly don’t have to be. If you need to go out and run some errands, our professional house cleaners can work while you’re doing your own thing.

The safety of your pet(s) is very important to us. While pets generally do well around our cleaners, there is still a chance they get startled. Because of this, we recommend that you kennel your pets during the cleaning service. That way, they are kept safe and out of harm’s way.

No. We are independently owned and operated. Therefore, you can bet on getting the kind of service you would expect from a local business that cares about the community.

We strive to make it as easy and convenient as possible to get a cleaning service. Because of this and because we are so confident in our ability to deliver, we do not require contracts of any kind. Our clients are free and able to cancel service at any point if your needs change over time.
