Yes. You can re-schedule the service for a different day. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice when doing so.

You should contact Libman Home Cleaning before 24 hours of the scheduled service to cancel the cleaning service. We will charge you $45 extra the next time you schedule our service for the cancellation. You will receive cleaning services according to the schedule you signed up to receive our home cleaning services.

Your health and well-being are our utmost concerns. We want to minimize the amount of contaminants that may get left in your house by using the same equipment in several houses. That is why we suggest that you provide us with a toilet brush for each bathroom, a cobweb brush, and a vacuum cleaner to clean the carpets in your home.

Our team will charge your credit card on file with us in case you forget to pay the employee for a particular day of house cleaning.

It’s not mandatory for you to be at home while we clean your home. But if you don’t have any errands to run or anything else to do on that day, you can be at home while we clean your house. We don’t mind your being home while the cleaning work goes on.

We will do our best to protect your pets while we clean the house. Some cats and dogs do well around housekeeping tasks. But some pets get agitated because of the sound of the vacuum. It can affect the safety of your pet as well as the housekeeping employee. Hence, we suggest that you take the pets to a kennel on the cleaning day.

No, we are a separate service provider operated by our owner.

It isn’t mandatory for you to sign a contract. You can cancel the service at any time you wish to do so.
