If our team arrives and is unable to access your home, a fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price will be charged. We will then work with you to reschedule the cleaning, though we cannot guarantee the same cleaner will be available on a different day.
Libman Home Cleaning does not permit employees to hold keys. Instead, we ask clients to provide secure access through a garage door code, smart entry, or lockbox when they are not home.

Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated if you feel your cleaner has done an exceptional job.
You’re not required to be home during your cleaning service. Our trusted house cleaners can work efficiently while you’re away.
Your pets’ safety is very important to us. While most pets do well during cleanings, some may become startled. For their comfort and safety, we recommend keeping pets kenneled or secured during the service.
To make getting cleaning service as easy and convenient as possible, Libman Home Cleaning does not require contracts of any kind. Our confidence in our work allows you the flexibility to cancel or modify service at any time.
Payment is due on the same day your cleaning service is completed.
