Though we at one time kept keys for customers, we no longer offer this option. Instead, we ask that customers give us the combination for an electronically locked garage door, door knob, or lockbox.

Our Deluxe cleaning option is what we call a top-to-bottom clean. This intense, deep clean is something we generally offer for first-time customers, and then once a year to recurring customers. Changing days isn't a problem! We simply ask for at least 24 hours of prior notice before a change.

We request three tools from customers: a cobweb brush, a carpet-friendly vacuum, and a toilet bowl brush. Using customer-provided tools like this helps us ensure that there will not be germs brought into your home from other houses where we have worked.

In many cases, it is not necessary for the customer to be on site during cleanings. That said, it's not a problem if you are home either. We don't mind either way!
