Do I have to sign a contract to hire you for recurring cleaning services?
No, we don't do contracts. Every customer is free to cancel at any time with at least 24 hours notice.
When am I required to pay for the service?
When you get our cleaning service, we expect you to pay on the day of cleaning.
Does the company have insurance?
Yes, our company is both insured and bonded and we prioritize our customer's safety above all else.
Do you do a full check on the background of the employees you hire?
Yes, we do a full background check on every employee that is hired.
Are the housekeepers that work for you employees or sub-contractors?
Every housekeeper who cleans for us is an employee. We do not contract our work out and all of our employees are fully screened.
